## Field semantics
- `ghost_index_rank`: Witnessed-copy rank (overestimates by design), method `gi-rank-witnessed-unique-v2`: witnessed_total = unique graded certificates (deduped by grader + cert number; aggregate grader pop where no cert data) + every raw sale (not deduped). Rank 1 = fewest witnessed (scarcest); ranked within each player; ≈ close call when a neighbor is within 10%. null = "Insufficient evidence".
- `psa_pop`, `graded_pop_by_company`, `graded_pop_total`: graded certificates (may include crossovers/regrades); null = "Not yet sourced".
- `estimated_total_pop`: graded_pop_total / assumed_graded_rate (default 0.30). Estimate, not a census.
- Comps/last sale: not yet verified; no prices are published.
